As we grow older it’s just getting tougher
to keep fit . Our metabolism starts to slow down . Our work kept us occupied . Our children wants to spend time with us .
The food just gets tastier . And time is not on our side .
For those who are above 45 or have husbands / friends at that age - buck up !
Our health comes first . Stop giving excuses . Go out there and workout .
We must always have 30 minutes of our very own time to build up our fitness .
Even 20 minutes on the threadmill a day is
what the body needs .
15 minutes of swimming a day is fine too.
30 minutes of working out at the gym is even better .
Increase your metabolism on a daily basis .
I never believed in diet . Just try to eat a moderate portion with lots and lots of vegetables .
The only reason that motivates me to look good is for my children . That’s what keeps me going ...
